Articulata 

The segmented forms are hand built and each section is smoke fired in custom made saggars, using beach driftwood and seaweed from the Suffolk coast.

 

The Full Circle Collection
Inspired by a wooden foundry pattern created for metal casting, found in the Museum's archives where my studio is based. 
Hand built from a plaster mould made in four sections, creating different surfaces and using experimental firing techniques.
